Roof-to-Ride Referral Program

1 Program Overview

The Dent Society Roofing Partner Program allows roofing professionals and companies to refer vehicle owners with hail damage to Dent Society for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) services. Qualified referrals may earn the Partner a referral payment or commission as described below.

2 Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Participation is open to individual roofers, roofing companies, or authorized representatives operating in good standing.
• Dent Society reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

3 Enrollment Process

• To enroll, participants must complete the official Roofing Partner Form provided by Dent Society.
• Upon completion, a unique QR code and/or referral link will be generated for the Partner to share with prospects.
• The QR code must be used to track all referrals; only referrals linked to your unique code are eligible for payment.

4 Referral Requirements

A "Qualified Referral" is defined as:

• A new customer (not previously contacted or referred) who uses your unique QR code or referral link.
• The referred customer schedules and completes a Dent Society hail damage repair service.
• The repair is fully paid by the customer or their insurance carrier.

Referrals that do not meet all criteria above are not eligible for payment.

5 Compensation

• Sales Partner Commission (Optional): Partners actively generating customers beyond standard referrals may qualify for higher-tier commissions (typically $1,000+ per customer).
• Payment method: Direct deposit, check, or digital payment (Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle) within 14 business days of completed repair payment.
• Taxes: Partner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income received. Dent Society may issue a Form 1099 if annual payments exceed $600.

6 Marketing & Conduct

• Partners agree to represent Dent Society honestly and professionally when approaching potential customers.
• Misrepresentation of services, pricing, or incentives is strictly prohibited.
• Partners may not alter or create their own marketing materials using Dent Society's name or logo without written approval.
• Dent Society reserves the right to revoke Partner status for any misleading or unethical conduct.

7 Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Dent Society. Partners act solely as independent contractors.

8 Termination

Dent Society may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or misleading activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Damage to Dent Society's brand or reputation

Any pending payments for ineligible or disputed referrals may be withheld upon termination.

9 Liability & Disclaimers

• Dent Society makes no guarantees regarding the number of referrals, earnings, or duration of the Program.
• The Program is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Dent Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

10 Data & Privacy

• Information collected during enrollment (including name, contact details, and referral activity) will be used solely for program administration.
• By enrolling, you consent to Dent Society contacting you regarding your account, payments, or promotional updates.

11 Modification of Terms

Dent Society may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
